We are now looking for a creative, structured, results-driven and service-minded Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the Nordic Head of Marketing & Communication.
Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to support profitable business growth by activating, implementing and optimizing the output of Zurich Nordic’s planned activities based on the marketing and communication strategy. You will be operating hands-on and play a key part in strengthening the Zurich brand and building engagement across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. You will collaborate with international teams and external partners to drive marketing and communication success.
Your responsibilities will include producing content such as thought leadership, and promotional material for our sales team and marketing channels which includes our website and social media platforms. You will also support the planning and execution of a variety of events such as seminars, webinars and other relationship-building activities.
Additionally, you will support the execution of internal communication activities and employer branding campaigns.
In the Marketing & Communications department, we seek continuous improvements in processes and working methods. It will be focal to have a results-driven approach where monitoring key performance indicators help us excel. Continuously conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs will be important to ensure ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, PR, project management, event management, or related fields.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communication or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English are mandatory, with proficiency equivalent to the C2 level.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience in:
- B2B marketing
- CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- Sitecore
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Fluency in Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
Skills and competencies:
- Positive and service-minded attitude with a sales-driven customer-centricity focus. A team-player who is also able to carry out tasks independently.
- A creative yet analytical approach; with excellent planning and time-management skills you are a doer focusing on execution and results, structured and always meeting deadlines.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of content creation including copywriting, as well as graphic design, and video production in Canva.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Experience as a social media editor, especially LinkedIn.
