Part-time job as Student Worker within claims at Zurich Insurance

Are you currently studying at university and interested in the insurance industry? If so, we have the opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a customer-oriented student with strong system skills to join our Claims team for part-time work alongside their studies.

Job Description

This role involves performing administrative support for claims handlers. That support consists of gathering data, making payments or other administrative tasks. You will also handle simpler claims on your own, communicating with brokers and customers, while providing excellent customer service.

You will be hired on an hourly basis, for up to fifteen hours per week, and the working schedule will be flexible. We expect that you are able to work approximately 1-2 days per week. We can offer this position for a period of one year, with the possibility of an extension.

Qualifications

• At least two years left of your university studies, preferably within law
• Fluency in Swedish and strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
• Administrative skills and proficient in Excel
• Service minded, communicative and flexible
• Good abilities to co-operate with both colleagues and customers
