Underwriting Service Specialist within Multinational Insurance Programs to Zurich Nordic

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Underwriting Service Specialist Team within Multinational Insurance Program, working from our Swedish, hybrid office.

Producing Underwriting Service Specialist in Sweden

As a Producing Underwriting Service Specialist, you will handle Multinational Insurance Programs, primarily focused on Property line of business, providing other Zurich Network Offices and Partners with information to issue required local policies within stipulated timeframes and quality. In addition, you will support Underwriters in both pre- and post-bound activities and step in to support your Underwriting Service Specialist colleagues when needed.

As a person, you demonstrate strategic thinking and are accurate in your work. You have a problem-solving mind-set, are communicative, and show multitasking capabilities. You understand concepts and instructions quickly and are comfortable making own decisions within your own sphere of work but understand when to seek advice. You like to work in a large team were helping and supporting each other is an essential part of success. You have an international mindset and like to work in an international environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree within business administration is preferred
• Experience in a service role with market-facing activities
• Preferably previous experience within the international insurance market
• Experience from the insurance industry
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English is a requirement

You are proficient in working across multiple systems with both speed and accuracy. You handle multiple priorities and adapt effectively to change. Your proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service sets you apart. With high digital maturity and strong Excel skills, you are well-equipped for complex tasks. Additionally, you have a keen interest in continuously improving routines and processes.
