Zurich Nordic Trainee Program and what we offer

In September 2025 our Nordic Trainee Program will start consisting of an 18-month long development program that provides you with the opportunity to experience all the exciting things a global insurer has to offer, including diverse and international teams and global networking.

Zurich Insurance Nordic Trainee Program is designed to give you the possibility to explore different functions within an international insurance company while helping you grow so that you can start your career with a strong foundation of workplace knowledge, skills and trainings.

As a trainee, you will experience the breadth and depth of our business in a supportive environment. From day one you will take responsibility and get plenty of learning opportunities. We aim to provide talented and highly motivated candidates an opportunity to develop into insurance professionals and potential future leaders within our Zurich organization.

During the program, you will rotate between different functions and you will also get the opportunity to visit and work in other countries. You will have a home function during the 18-months, and after completing the traineeship, you will belong to a specific function that we agree upon.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, economics, law or a related field is preferred
• Professionals with 0-2 years working experience
• Entrepreneurial and Proactive
• Growth mindset
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in Swedish or Danish and English is a requirement  
• A Team Player
