What will you be doing? 

 

  • Risk Management: Leading on identification and management of key third party risks including ensuring that robust exit planning is in place across the UK landscape
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, fostering knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Management Information: Collect, analyse, and present management information to support the third-party governance framework and internal controls.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in implementing regulatory and internal changes for the UK.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as a key point of contact in relation to third parties for the UK business, addressing queries and supporting required activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in third party risk management controls and processes.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Risk Management: Experience in identifying and managing key risks and facilitating risk focused workshops
  • Control Environment: Ability to understand and interpret regulations and internal policies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable engaging with and challenging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Influencing & Negotiation: Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Data Interpretation: Proficiency in interpreting data and proactively suggesting solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge: Previous experience/knowledge of Zurich’s third party landscape would be an advantage
