【Job Responsibility/職務の目的】
■ Lead CRM Architecture and Design

【Key Tasks & Accountabilities/職務内容】
This role is expected to be accountable for CRM architecture in the organization. He/she would be working closely with IT stakeholders, business members, management members to CRM solutions in the organization.
■ Define CRM Architecture and roadmap
■ Create CRM architecture and design deliverables inline with business needs and best practices
■ Continuously refine and keep improving tech standards and best practices for CRM architecture, design, implementation
■ Guide a team of designers and developers for CRM design and implementation
■ Participate in architecture forums, review boards

【Qualifications・Experience/必要知識、経験等】
■ PERSON SPECIFICATION DETAILSSKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Ability to define CRM Architecture and Roadmap for Zurich Japan aligned with its business model (functional as well as technical perspectives)
2. Suggest optimum usage of CRM for the organization. Provide consultation to business on existing and upcoming features in CRM space
3. Drive CRM implementation, working closely with internal as well as vendor teams
4. Understand existing Application landscape and identify efficient integration strategies between CRM and other landscape applications.
5. Ability to define system requirements based on business needs, CRM functionality and CRM designs
6. Bilingual (English + Japanese)
   
■ EXPERIENCE
1. 10+ Years in IT in design, dev, architecting roles related to CRM space. At least 3 years in an Architect role
2. Strong hands-on experience in MS-Dynamics (preferably certified)
3. Experience in translating business requirements to system requirements, specializing in CRM

5. Working closely/Leading onsite as well as offshore teams
6. CRM implementation using to support Call Center business
7. Experience in waterfall and agile project implementation
8. Experience in working with Japan project implementations in a bilingual environment

 

■ KNOWLEDGE
1. Strong, hands-on knowledge on MS-Dynamics
2. Design, development, configuration, customization on MS-Dynamics
3. Integration approaches and methodologies for CRM
4. MS-Dynamics’ usage in Insurance space
5. Security and authentication methodologies related to CRM (like integration with MFA tools like OKTA, LDAP, Active directory etc.)
6. Customer Data management and Data Design in CRM
7. Setting up and configuring new organizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365
8. Hands on experience in Customization
9. Implementing Workflow in CRM
10. Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)

 

[Nice to have]
11. Experience with integration services, including SSIS packages, Kingsway Soft, Azure Data Factory
12. Test Methodology related to CRM space
13. CRM from functional perspective to support Call Center in Insurance business as well as to support Web customers
14. Automation from CRM implementation as well as Development perspective

・勤務地:東京本社オフィス(東京都中野区東中野3-14-20)または在宅勤務のハイブリッド勤務

・雇用形態:正社員

・勤務時間:フレックスタイム制;始業および終業の時刻は社員の決定に委ねる(標準となる1日の労働時間:7時間)

        フレキシブルタイム6時00分から22時00分、コアタイム なし、1日における最低勤務時間 4時間

          休憩時間60分(1日の実労働時間が4時間を超える場合)
