【IT】Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

【Job Responsibility】
As a member of the platform services team you will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems on Cloud and on Premise.
Peform design, development, and operation of cloud and on-premises systems, mainly regarding CI/CD, automation, containers and server security as well as infrastructure. 
Perform 3rd level support for on-premise, AWS and Azure infrastructure while assisting with operational automation.
Provide counsel to project teams, application owners, and other Information Security teams on cloud information security controls and best practices. Also collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, engineers, developers and data scientists to support cloud environments.

【Key Tasks & Accountabilities】
■Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes.
■Work with CI and CD tools and source control such as GIT and SVN.
■Building and maintaining tools, solutions and our operations platform.
■Update and design new processes as needed while automating our operational processes with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
■Perform advanced troubleshooting regarding windows and Linux infrastructure and assist engineer team with automation and security remediations.
■Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure engineers and database administrators to deliver creative solutions to difficult technology challenges and business requirements.
■Execute security and technical architectures for cloud/hybrid/web systems.
■Responsible for automating security controls, data, and processes to provide improved metrics and operational support.
■Run architectural assessments on cloud solutions including technical parts like APIs, Servers, Data, Integration Touchpoints and Platform.
■Stay current with industry trends and source new ways for our business to improve

【Qualifications/Experience】
■Education: nice to have a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, but a High school diploma with extensive Information Systems or Computer Science experience is also accepted.
■Strong familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and cloud provider ecosystems like Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
■Background on IT engineering positions with at least 2 years of Experience.
■Robust experience in scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
■At least 2 years of practical knowledge of AWS and Azure foundation services related to compute, network, storage, content delivery, administration and security, deployment, management, and automation technologies.
■Understanding of micro services programming (Function as a Service, Containers, Serverless).
■Working experience with Infra-as-a-Code.
■Capability architecting systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability, and high availability.
■Know-how building and deploying infrastructure and test automation technologies like ansible.
■Familiarity using AWS Cloud Services (EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Route 53, etc.).
■Familiarity using Azure Cloud Services (Blueprints, Security Center, ARM, Policies, ExpressRoute, Application Gateway, Reverse Proxy, etc.).
■Know how around CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
■Certification: nice to have standard industry certificates like MCSA/MCSE in Windows server, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps, and others.
■Communication skills: business level English and Japanese to communicate with various audiences, including business leaders, engineers, clients, and team members. 
■Teamwork abilities: expected to work with various multi-disciplinary teams, so it is vital that they are team-oriented individuals with priority on the successful completion of group goals.
■Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

【Working conditions】
Must be able to work night shift (00h~8AM) while maintainning deep concentration 
 to at least once a month to support critical production changes.

・勤務時間：フレックスタイム制；始業および終業の時刻は社員の決定に委ねる（標準となる１日の労働時間：7時間）

　　　　　　休憩時間60分（1日の実労働時間が4時間を超える場合）
