ICS Testing Manager (m/w/d) 80 - 100%

For a diverse team of ICS Testers and Testing Managers we are looking for a new colleague with an analytical mindset and ability to work with minimum supervision and take decisions autonomously. A main focus beside the daily tasks, will be that you are responsible to increase risk and control awareness within the organization through workshops and trainings.

What you will do
- You support the Head of Internal Control Systems (ICS) & Risk Operations in analyzing and testing regulatory, statutory and local processes, risks and controls for BU Switzerland
- You are testing sensitive controls with highly confidential evidence and any other agreed testing for BU Switzerland
- You are responsible for Ad-hoc special projects to bring appropriate risk coverage, rationalization and standardization of risks and controls
- You manage testing of internal controls (planning, execution and reporting) for Swiss reporting units in close collaboration with External Auditors, regulator and management
What you bring
- Degree in finance, audit or economics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, internal controls or risk management
- A recognized accounting qualification e.g. CIA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA (preferred)
- Good understanding and knowledge of regulation, statutory and finance & accounting processes
- German language as mother tongue, English fluent
