We are looking for a talent with a positive can-do attitude who is able to think "out of the box” for our Training & Culture team in Group Compliance.

What you will do
 

  • Supporting the execution of the Compliance communication strategy aligned with Zurich’s strategic priorities and business objectives. 
  • Liaising with stakeholders to develop key Compliance messaging and internal communications for the Group Compliance department and the business in a simple and compelling way targeted to the diverse audience.
  • Leveraging digital tools and producing creative content for an integrated communications approach. 
  • Leading and participating in other Compliance Training & Culture team projects. 
  • Participating in the development of new Compliance training concepts and design, performing in-depth reviews of existing content collected for new or refreshed training solutions.  

 
What you bring
 

  • Enrollment in a University for the duration of the internship is mandatory
  • Student, ideally nearing completion of a Bachelor or Master in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar
  • Curious and creative mind with problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple tasks
  • Fluent English speaker with strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, primarily Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience with media creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or training development (e.g. Articulate Storyline) is a big plus
  • Located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the internship
