As Talent Enablement and Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for continuously improving our global talent and learning resources in alignment with the Group people strategy. 
 
Your role will be pivotal in enabling talent development at Zurich by designing, continuously improving and delivering talent tools, frameworks and platforms, which enable local Business Units to deliver employee and manager career and skill development.

 

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align our talent initiatives with business needs and global standards. Furthermore, your expertise will drive the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to learning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

What you will do

 

  • In partnership with the Chief Talent Officer, create and deploy a delivery and operational roadmap for defined strategic priorities aligned to Talent, Leadership and Learning.
  • Be the product owner for all global Talent and Learning platforms, systems and technologies that underpin our strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead and manage projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Talent and Learning platforms and core group initiatives.
  • Design, develop and deploy key global talent frameworks, collateral and toolkits that enable the Group's talent, leadership and learning agenda globally.
  • Work closely with Talent COE leads to translate business needs into relevant talent solutions, operationalizing the global design and deploying these deliverables as required. 
  • Be accountable for managing the relationship with remote operational support teams ensuring service level delivery aligned with KPIs and governance model.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders, Business Units and external vendors to ensure alignment and seamless execution of talent and learning initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting and provide analysis of the effectiveness and impact of talent and learning programs for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal HR technology and IT, leveraging their expertise for global learning and talent management systems, as well as selection and management of external vendors.
  • Lead a core team to deliver against identified strategic priorities, providing direction, guidance and coaching and helping them identify and prioritize talent and business needs.
  • Be a thought leader with regard to the latest trends and best practices in talent and learning technologies, platforms and frameworks, incorporating relevant innovations into the company’s strategy. 

 

What you bring

 

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in human resources, psychology, education, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in talent management, learning and development, organizational development or a related field, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in talent and learning platforms and system design, implementation, integration and maintenance.
  • Experience working with HR and IT teams, as well as external vendors.
  • Knowledge of talent best practices, such as talent assessment, development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Strong project management, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • A creative, agile and customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an asset.
