Talent Partner, Group Technology or Group Functions 80-100%

As Talent Partner you will be responsible for aligning talent strategies with overall business objectives. You will be working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate business goals into actionable strategies as part of a holistic people strategy for their business area to develop, engage and retain top talent.

 

We are offering two Talent Partner opportunities, one partnering with Group Technology & Operations and one partnering with our Group Functions. 

If you are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and bring experience in working as a subject matter expert across a broad talent agenda, then this role might just be the right one for you! 


What you will do

 

  • Develop and implement talent strategies and work within the Talent CoE to deliver Group solutions for the Group Technology Operations (GTO) or Group Functions (GF) business area.
  • Partner with the business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to identify, assess, and develop high-potential and critical talent.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise and best practice to shape, influence and develop the talent strategy.
  • Support the design and delivery of talent programs and initiatives, such as succession planning, talent reviews, talent mobility, and leadership development.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to talent and managers on their development needs and career aspirations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network across the organization and the external market.
  • Establish, agree and measure key performance metrics and budget in line with business objectives. 
  • Analyze key themes from a wide range of data sources in order to influence business decisions, providing business insights and identifying areas for improvement based on data and market-intelligence. 


What you bring

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Qualification in psychometric accreditation, and coaching qualification preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management, HR business partnering, or a related role, partnering directly with executive leaders.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful talent solutions and outcomes in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • A strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the GTO and GF business areas and their talent challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative, agile, and solution-oriented mindset.
