Working Student Document template development (m/w/d) 80 - 100%
In the context of Enterprise Content management, we are looking for a motivated junior template developer/designer working student to help in improving the quality of Zurich multi-channel communication with its customer and partner.
You will join a resolute and international team, using most modern technologies, and participate to challenging CRM and Business goals. You will utilize our Output management platform to create templates of data-driven and rule-based documents for our customers (P&C and CRM), following given requirement and branding corporate image.
You will be able to collaborate in ECM team regular check points and estimation rounds, on a dynamic SAFe (Agile) mode. If you want to acquire knowledge and experience on Azure/AWS cloud, using modern technologies such as Kubernetes, ContainerApp, Microservices, and more, within collaborative environment, Zurich will welcome you and help you starting a successful IT career in Information Technologies.

What you will do
- Understand and collaborate with customers business analysts on requirements analysis.
- Implement new document templates with provided tools and so-called “document workplace.”
- Tests different uses cases following provided rules and data model used for the templates by generating test documents.
- Implement requested changes from our customers’ business analysts.
- Participate in planning and technical discussion.
- As a member of ECM team, you will have plenty of occasions to help your colleagues in any of the IT fields in scope, and you will have the opportunity to gain experience from them.
What you bring
- Enrolment in a University/ Institute of higher education for the duration of the internship is mandatory
- Familiar with MS Office environment (Outlook, MS Teams, etc.) is necessary.
- Good communications and critical thinking skills.
- Any IT knowledge will be welcome, be ready to grow in this field.
- Fluent English and German are both required.
